I was asked to participate in a Stampin’ Up! Blog Hop.
Part of this blog hop is to answer the following questions:
1. What are you working on?
I have been working on a couple of projects. The first was designing and helping my
grandson to make his valentines for his preschool class. The second was designing a card for my
church’s card ministry. My next projects
will be to design a card for my monthly demonstrator stamp ‘n chat and to make
my own valentines to send.
2. How does your work differ from others in your genre?
Most of my cards are simple and crisp. I have been told that my designs are very
mathematical.
3. Why do you create what you do?
I enjoy creating and sharing my ideas
with others. It just feels good to be
able to do something you love and to be able to share it with others.
4. How does your creativity process work?
I like to look at others’ creations to
give me inspiration. Often just looking
at a card will inspire me to create something totally new. Of course I also CASE cards that I really
admire.
So here is a card that I recently made for my daughter's birthday. I got inspiration from Debbie Henderson on her blog here--http://www.debbiesdesignsblog.blogspot.com/2015/01/new-gate-fold-easel-card-and-new-video.html
Everything is Stampin' Up except the daisy punch out. I couldn't find my Stampin' Up punch, so I used that one instead.
I hope to ask a few gals to participate in the blog hop for next Monday--I will keep you posted.
