February Stamp 'n Chat Card

This was my card for last evening's stamp 'n chat. I used one of the dies from the Stylish Stems Framelits dies from the Stampin' Up Occasions catalog.

Way to alter a saying on a stamp

I really liked this stamp set when I saw it in the new Occasions Stampin' Up catalog. Except I really didn't care for the stamp that said "At least you're still pretty."  I thought it was rather insulting and I would definitely not enjoy receiving a card with this sentiment on it. Therefore, I decided to alter the stamp so that I could still use it. Using a razor blade, I cut out the "At, least, still" from the photopolymer.  Then you could use many words inside the card, such as "awesome, wonderful, amazing, sweet, fun, cool" just to name a few.

I made a card using the "wonderful" from a Technique Tuesday stamp set on the inside of the card. 

January Stamp 'n Chat

This is my card for this month's stamp 'n chat.

I've been out of the loop because I've been really sick for quite a while. Finally feeling better and looking forward to doing more stamping again. I got the idea for this card from Pinterest (karenskreativekards.blogspot.ca).

Thanksgiving Card

This is one of the Thanksgiving cards that I sent out this year to family/friends that I won't be seeing.  I used the Nuance powders by Magenta to make this fun coloration on the pumpkin.

October Stamp 'n Chat Card

I hope you enjoy my variation. I used a standard A2 card in lieu of a note card. Such a simple and elegant look!
