Vocation Video

I don't often share personal experiences here, as this is my "Crafty" site, but I would like to share my son's vocation video for anyone who may be interested in viewing it.  Since I did mention previously that he was recently ordained a priest, you can see here how he was called to this vocation.

A few more thank you cards

Here are a couple of additional designs that I used for my son's thank you cards.

Ordination Thank You Cards

We had the most amazing weekend as our oldest son was ordained a Catholic priest in the Diocese of Sacramento!  What a moving event, and witnessing the beauty of the ritual was something I will always treasure.

I offered to make thank you notes for him to use for his ordination gifts, and the one shown above was his favorite, so I am making most of them look like that.  I have a few others that I made, and will show those another time.

Paper Pumpkin Card

This was a card that I made using some of the elements from one of Stampin' Up's Paper Pumpkin kits.  I used a different stamp, but used the other elements in the kit.  If you are interested in finding out more about Paper Pumpkin's monthly kits and how to subscribe, check out my website by clicking on the link to the right of this post.

Demonstrator Stamp 'n Chat Card

This was my card for last evening's stamp 'n chat.  It seems like I haven't been there in forever.  I was sick 2 times, and then was traveling a third.  It was great to get back to being with my fellow demonstrator friends.

I created this card using sneak peek items from the new catalog.  Only 3 more weeks before it goes live, so not too long to wait to see it for yourself!

Ronald McDonald House Project

This is the card that I will be using for today's project at Ronald McDonald House.
