Did you ever play with Shrinky Dinks as a child? Well, I decided to try stamping this great flower from the Flower Fest stamp set in the summer mini. I sanded the plastic first, then stamped the image in black stays-on ink. I colored it in with permanent markers, punched it out, and shrunk it down with my heat tool. It gets so small and sturdy. I think it is a fun touch for this card. I am planning to try more of these and maybe even make some earrings or pins. I may try some crystal effects on them to give them a glossy shine. Since this stamp set has many images that can be colored in and punched out, I will have a lot of fun doing this.

Crystal Effects Bird
The bird was created by stamping several colors on one area, punched out, and then crystal effects was applied and allowed to dry. It gives the bird a shiny, raised appearance which goes well with the rhinestones in the lower left area of the card. The bird stamp is from the Punch Potpourri Hostess Stamp set. (the time to earn this set is running out, it is only available until June 30th)

Monogram Cards
I have been playing around with some ideas for cards lately, and this is one of my more recent creations. I got this alphabet set by earning it free from my sale-a-bration sales! The designer series paper is called Beyond the Garden. The lacy doily is a sizzix sizzlits die, but everything else is Stampin' Up. Don't you just love the color Marina Mist? I tried 3 different looks. Which one is your favorite?

Card #1 for Spring Stamp Camp
This is the first card we will be making at my Spring Stamp Camp this Sunday. We will be making 2 each of 4 styles of cards. Each person will have the option on the greeting for the card.
I used the Ornate Blossom, Friends Never Fade, and Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Sets. Colors used are Daffodil Delight and Peach Parfait. I used Sunny Garden Designer Series Paper. The Ornate Blossom is embossed with gold and cut out.

Stamp 'n Chat Card
This is my card for our monthly Demonstrator Stamp 'n Chat. I used the new Flower Garden Textured Impressions embossing folder from the Summer Mini catalog. The stamps used were from the Bold Blossom stamp set, also in the Summer Mini catalog. The colors used here are Bashful Blue, Marina Mist, and Not Quite Navy.

My Digital Studio Owl Card
I have been having a lot of fun with My Digital Studio. This cute owl was created using the software. What I like is that I can make the owl any size I want, as well as any color I want. Then it is so easy to print my creation and just layer it onto a card. I can also have it printed up by Stampin' Up if I want, and can have the inside printed however I like.
Fun!
