I have been volunteering at the Alzheimer's Association for 13 years. About 11 of those years, I have had the pleasure to work with another volunteer who quickly became a very close friend of mine. I look forward to seeing her each week as we work together to send out information to people who call in needing answers to their questions about Alzheimer's disease.
I made her this special "file folder" Christmas card. (check out this video by Dawn Griffith for instructions on how to make this here) The insert lifts out and I stamped a greeting on the inside and attached a gift card for her to one of her favorite restaurants.
