Halloween Ideas

Isn't this just the cutest little bag decoration? The instructions can be found here http://justjulieb30.blogspot.com/2009/10/wide-oval-pumpkin-tote.html.

I also made a cute card for my little grandson using the sweet treat cups from Stampin' Up. I had seen some ideas out there, but ended up making up my own design for the card.

Here it is before I put the m & m's in.

And here it is with the trap door opened so the candy can be put in or removed without ruining the card. You can also see the inside greeting.
I hope he will enjoy the card.

Gift Tote

My son was planning to give a birthday gift to a friend of his and I offered to make a gift bag. I used some special Washi-type paper and added Stampin' Up's real red ribbon and rhinestone brads to spice it up. I think she will enjoy the tote as a gift too. Don't you just love the color contrast!

Ronald McDonald Halloween Treats

The samples shown below were my project for the Ronald McDonald House yesterday. It has been so wonderful that there are a large group that anxiously await our arrival each month. (Sad that they have to be there so long, but great that we can help to make their stay more pleasant) I barely get in the door, and they come and sit down waiting to see what we have brought this month for them to create. In fact, a little boy asked me if we could come again next week. It is such a rewarding experience being able to share with the families.
The projects shown here were candy covers. They had a choice of skittles or M & M's to staple inside. After all, Halloween is coming up soon!
Have a great week!
